FORT WAYNE, IND., January 9th, 2025 – McMillen Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Taylor Yoder as its new Executive Director, following a nationwide search led by the organization’s Board of Directors.
Yoder steps into the role after serving as the Interim Executive Director during the transitional period, where she provided steady guidance, operational continuity, and a clear focus on McMillen Health’s mission. After evaluating both internal and external candidates, the Board unanimously selected Yoder, citing her deep institutional knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and vision for the organization’s future.

As Executive Director, Yoder will lead McMillen Health’s efforts to deliver high-quality, fact-based preventive health education to children, families, and communities. She brings a strong understanding of the organization’s programs, partnerships, and operations, along with a passion for ensuring access to accurate health information and resources.
