Being smart online is important! Digital Citizenship 101 helps 3rd to 5th graders learn to stay safe online. With fun activities, they learn how to make safe choices. Students learn how being online can change how they feel or act. They learn warning signs that show when a friendship may not be safe. They practice real-life skills by using a safety chart to help them stay safe when talking to people online. Participation in role play scenarios helps them build important social skills. Students learn that photos and videos can be changed and why someone might do this.
