Women in the Workplace Partner Level Award Awarded to McMillen Health

FORT WAYNE, IND., April 24th, 2026 - On March 11, 2026, McMillen Health was recognized as a Partner by the Women’s Funding Network at their annual Women in the Workplace luncheon. This luncheon awards local workplaces that meet or exceed national metrics for supporting women in the workplace, as measured by their Compass Survey.
